Interior Design Roadmap.
The Design Roadmap is a service that will give you the direction and confidence to tackle your interior project head on. All of the basics you will need to confidently decorate and furnish your room into the one you’ve always wanted.
Emma will work with you to outline the design mood, layout, wants, needs, and anything we need to know to curate the perfect vision for your space. A bespoke Handbook will be created to bring your vision to a tangible and practical document that you can forever refer to as your very own design guide.
This Handbook will include a floor plan and furniture layout with annotations specifying suitable sizes for furniture items and other general recommendations. Your Handbook will also contain a suggested lighting plan, a mood board, and 3D visualisation so you can see how your space will all come together.
Once your design is completed and you’ve received the Handbook from Emma, it’s in your hands to implement at the pace that suits you.
Starting From: $1699* per room
*$250 deposit needed before initial consultation.
*For spaces over 16㎡ or those needing extra technical work, additional charges apply.
Interior Design Time Block.
This option is ideal when you’re looking for a flexible interior design service on an “as needed” basis. It’s a 10-hour block of Emma’s time for you to spread across whichever services you need, whenever you need them. Additional time blocks can be purchased at any point. You will receive a copy of all time logged and full records of hours spent.
This Time Block is designed for you to select any of our interior design services as and when you need them. This time could be used for:
In-person meetings
Site or showroom visits
Questions answered via email or phone calls/video conferences
Selection of materials and FF&E (fixtures, fittings & equipment)
Sourcing furniture, art, or other products
Guided shopping trips
Technical drawings or 3D visualisation
Installation and styling
To arrange your Time Block we will start with an initial design consultation to discuss your ideas in detail.
10-hour block: $1300*
*This Time Block service is pre-paid, non-refundable or transferrable, and valid for 12 months.
